Anyone who is a member of the Joplin Amateur Radio Club will be added to the Ham Club Online database. By logging in and creating your account you will have access to the many benefits HCOL has to offer. Some features you will come to love is the reminding you of when your license is getting ready to expire. You will be automatically notified 45 days in advance. You will also be reminded when your club membership is up for renewal 30 days in advance.
Even better still is the option to pay your membership dues online at your convenience through the clubs PayPal account. Paying online even updates your expiration information for your membership, so you don’t have to. It just doesn’t get any easier. Of course, if you still prefer cash transactions, the option is always there.

Looking for that hard to find file? Maybe you are this week’s Net Control, and you lost your copy of the recommended script? Ease your worried mind and look in the HCOL Files directory. You can find and dload it there. Maybe you have some schematics that you know would be beneficial to another member, or other useful info. Upload it for easy access by other members. The file storage is for your use, and over time it will become a treasure trove of valuable documents. All free of charge with no storage fees.

Nothing goes to waste in Ham Radio. Whatever you have that you aren’t using, someone out there is looking for it. Just be sure to read and follow the guidelines for posting to ensure everyone gets treated fairly. We have tried to make it as simple as possible.
Our BUY/SELL/TRADE section is NOT a substitute for our annual HAMFEST. We do have a link in the upper menu for HAMFEST that will take you to a familiar site. All negotiations for tables, ect, including questions, can be addressed by clicking the HAMFEST link above just as it has always been.
Currently, we are looking for suggestions for improvements on the website. Is there something you would like to see added while we are still in the development stage? Or maybe something you hate and would like removed from the website. We are open to all ideas. We may not be able to do everything requested, but if it’s possible under the current web framework, we’ll give it serious attention and try to make this a website you can be proud of.
We are also looking for a fulltime Webmaster to maintain this site. Some experience is good, a lot of experience is even better. However, if you have no experience at all but willing to learn, we will teach you. Maintaining an existing website is a whole lot easier than building one. Web maintenance consists mostly of downloading automatically installed updates, initiating occasional backups, and approving moderated messages.
