The Joplin Amateur Radio Club (W0IN) is excited to announce a heartwarming holiday tradition that brings the magic of Santa Claus to life through the airwaves! Join us for The Santa Net, a special opportunity for children to talk directly with Santa Claus himself via ham radio.
📻 What is The Santa Net?
The Santa Net is held every evening between Thanksgiving and Christmas on 3.916 MHz at 7:00 PM Central Time. Families across the country tune in to hear the holiday cheer as Santa speaks with children over the airwaves. Check-ins begin 30 minutes prior, so make sure to secure your spot early!

The Joplin Amateur Radio Club is hosting local sessions on the following dates:

- Wednesday, December 11th

How to Participate
We’re accepting the first 10 children for each session via our signup sheet—don’t wait, spots are filling up fast! This is a wonderful way to share the joy of ham radio with your children, grandchildren, or neighborhood kids.
