Thanks to the tireless efforts of Rex, WA0UPB, and a cast of many JARC volunteers, and by the grace of God, Carthage has a new repeater online and functional. The frequency is 146.190 with a negative offset and a pl tone of 91.5 pushing 25 watts at 200 feet AGL.
This is our old repeater from the Mercy Hospital rooftop that was under-used. Today, we have a healthy repeater filling the gaps around the city of Carthage. Give a shout out, and see who you can reach! 73
